The tutors are able to become financially independent and also contribute to society through their capacity as teachers. The program initially involved 10 sessions conducted every Friday till 19th August, 2022 which are being continued to ensure better monitoring and review of the classroom activity. In these sessions, teachers were given teaching assignments on innovative teaching methods to encourage students to learn through fun activities and games. On Fridays, teachers submit the assignments in the form of videos or images of them having carried out the teaching activities and discuss the problems they faced while conducting the games and classes in the next sessions. The teachers learned and discussed issues with their classes and we all worked and ideated to make the classes more motivating. Having access to electronic gadgets received through the CSR project allowed us to increase the quality of teaching and also to monitor classroom activities.
